工作职责
1. Gain in-depth insight into the company's strategy and organizational goals of the business department, understand the pain points and challenges of the business department, and assist the recruitment manager in formulating the annual human resources recruitment plan;
2. Establish an overseas recruitment system, clarify recruitment policies, improve recruitment processes, expand overseas recruitment channels, analyze industry information, monitor recruitment data, and coordinate and manage the entire process of overseas recruitment to improve recruitment efficiency;
3. Ensure the implementation of recruitment policies, continuously introduce outstanding talents in the industry for the company, and assist in the implementation of the company's strategy;
4. Participate in recruitment operations for key positions in the company, ensuring smooth onboarding and probationary maintenance, etc;
5. Focus on tracking the flow of talent in core departments, evaluating the use of various talents, improving the retention rate of core talents, and assisting superiors in establishing and improving talent reserve selection mechanisms.
6. Assist in domestic talent recruitment work
职位要求
1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, major in enterprise management, human resource management, business management, etc., with 3 years or more of experience in recruiting foreign talents in large and medium-sized research, production, and sales integrated enterprises;
2. English can be used as a working language to support overseas personnel planning and recruitment work, with priority given to those with overseas HRBP work experience;
3. Passionate about recruitment work, able to empower business, strong self motivation and stress resistance, result oriented;
4. Having excellent language expression and communication skills, sharp insight, good logical thinking, negotiation skills, analysis and judgment abilities.
