Responsibility: 1. Build up regional data pools covering procedural volumes, KOLs, Competitor ‘s market intelligence and dynamics, tender process and requirements, hospital purchase process and requirements, reimbursement policies, surgeons and other stakeholders’ feedbacks in his/her responsible region and provide constructive recommendations on strategic management team through closely collaboration with local partners and field visits. 2. Monitor regional usage and report in a timely manner and identify potential opportunities or risks during monitoring process and offer recommendations to management team. 3. Be responsible for a sales level of technical and OR support, product training, maintaining good relationships with channel partners, users and solving field needs. 4. Work with local partners and marketing team to implement marketing strategies, for example, local exhibition and congress support, advertising coordination, webinar and training center support. 5. Work with line manager to develop and enhance channel excellence to push product sales, support order to cash management in the responsive region to meet sales target.

Required Competencies and Skills: • This position is a trainee position, we provide systematic training at first, Internship or full-time are all welcome. • Foreign students studying in China are preferred, Chinese students with overseas study experience want to go aboard and Local students from Europe/UK are also OK. • Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, sales, medicine, International Trade and other related majors is preferred. • Small languages is preffered, such as Spanish, Italian, French or German, ect.
