工作职责
1. Answer daily incoming calls, answer customer inquiries, and input telephone type and customer information synchronously in the telephone; 2. Understand customers' needs, provide correct consulting services and professional solutions to customers; 3. Able to summarize the call content and accurately record it in English in the system; at the same time, able to flexibly use the English records of previous colleagues to follow up and deal with the same problem; 4, timely learn new business knowledge, to provide high-quality professional services for customers Working hours: 8:00-17:00/9:00-18:00/12:00-21:00 Work a five-day, 20-eight-hour schedule
