工作职责
- Present, promote, and sell mobile products (iPhone, Samsung, Redmi, accessories). - Daily creation and update of price lists based on currency (EUR, USD, CNY). - Create targeted WhatsApp Broadcasts (Euro clients, UAE clients, etc.) - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts via WhatsApp, Email, and Phone. - Update clients about new arrivals, promotions, and shipping timelines. - Handle after-sales support, including dissatisfaction and return processing. - Track and report key metrics (sales, response rates, lead quality). - Record detailed prospect data : name, company, phone, email, VAT, shipping address, etc. - Explain company policies : shipping lead times, payment terms, return form, credit note use.
职位要求
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in electronics or mobile sector). - Strong understanding of the China market landscape. - Proven track record with remote sales or account management. - Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Native Mandarin speaker with Fluency in English communication skills (spoken and written). - Experience with tools like WhatsApp Business, Excel, or similar platforms. - Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently. - Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented. - Ability to work remotely and coordinate with an international team. - Experience in cross-border business is a strong advantage. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Strong reporting and coordination skills.
