工作职责
Assist the company in maintaining and developing key customers of the Korean team according to the company's development strategy and business needs, and ensure the stability and long-term sustainable growth of the company's freight forwarding business. 1、Business guidance: Support and assist employees of the department to complete the customer maintenance work they are responsible for, and give guidance and solutions according to the needs of new and old customers 2、Implementation and execution of business strategy/plans: Responsible for the implementation and execution of business strategy/plans for key client management of the Korea team of the headquarters (including East District) 3、Key customer maintenance: maintenance, supervision and potential exploration of existing key customer projects. 4、Developing main customer business: actively developing and following up new main customer business 5、Departmental cooperation: actively coordinate other branches/departments and ports, refine management requirements, improve service efficiency and quality, and build a reliable and stable main customer service platform 6、Other work: timely completion of other work assigned by superior leaders.
职位要求
1、Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, international freight related major; 2、 Have 5-8 years of maintenance experience for key customers; foreign investment background is preferred; Korean project operation experience is preferred; 3、Able to travel both domestically and internationally; 4、 Excellent oral communication skills in Chinese and English, excellent written expression. 5、Good computer operation ability, good at ppt and excel 6、Have certain ability to work under pressure, be active and positive.
