工作职责
1. Interact with children throughout the day without attending formal English classes. From arrival to departure, the international class homeroom teacher is responsible for the English environment of the class, constantly interacting with children through various daily activities, and maximizing learning during the transition period, thus naturally helping children master the English language. 2. Carry out cooperative teaching practices in Chinese classes, ensuring the safety of students at all times and jointly assuming responsibilities. 3. Participate in establishing and maintaining efficient classroom management skills and strategies throughout the entire academic year. 4. Follow the WFLK Teacher's Daily Work Procedure Guidelines. 5. Plan, implement, and reflect on English UOI, Corner Play, Phonics, and Physical Education classes. 6. Actively participate in weekly collaborative meetings, share and reflect on teaching practices. Collaborate with teachers from other grades to plan weekly UOI courses, align with student needs, and adhere to POI. 7. Support and promote the role and responsibilities of international grade leaders. 8. Actively participate in the "Four in One" weekly meeting with cooperative teachers in the class, and communicate daily activities and events clearly and fluently. 9. Participate in training courses arranged by the International Department and the Academic Affairs Office. 10. Participate in monthly meetings of the International Department convened by the Director of the International Department. 11. Evaluate the learning situation of students through the school system and inform parents of their learning and development: children's portfolio and learning stories (online), children's portfolio (including works, units, semester and annual reports), and English carnival. 12. Follow the daily schedule of the grade and inform their team of any changes to the English curriculum. 13. Assist subject teachers in attending classes upon request. 14. Represent and demonstrate the 10 characteristics of international diploma learners. 15. Discuss UOI case studies with international teachers in this grade. Adhere to the written course deadline and actively participate in major international activities such as World Culture Week, Science Expo, English Carnival, Sports Games, Halloween, Christmas, etc. according to the school calendar. 16. Participate in international teacher's listening activities when necessary. 17. Participate in teaching and research conferences and workshops, and establish and maintain higher academic standards. 18. Support the leaders of the International Department to continuously improve the school culture. 19. Adhere to the coexistence rules of the International Teacher's Office. 20. Ensure that all practices comply with the Code of Ethical Conduct. 21. All actions align with WFLK's vision and mission. 22. Complete other temporary tasks as required.
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education, majoring in early childhood education or related majors. 2. Hold a valid teacher qualification certificate from China or the region where you are applying. 3. At the age of 22 and in good health. 4. Having professional knowledge and skills in early childhood education, including understanding child development, curriculum development, student assessment, and the ability to collaborate with parents and communities. 5. Have good language skills in both Chinese and English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. English teachers need to have a high level of English proficiency. 6. Having good teamwork skills, able to work together with colleagues to achieve school goals and promote the development and learning of young children. 7. Need to have a high sense of responsibility and career ambition, be able to work hard, pay attention to details, and be willing to help young children. 8. Having the ability to adapt to the constantly changing educational environment and utilizing new technologies and teaching methods to promote the development and learning of young children.
