We are looking for an Apparel Follower to handle fashion sweater orders for our company's European and American customers. You will be part of an experienced and motivated team with an innovative and friendly work environment and growth opportunities. Job Responsibilities. - Conduct extensive market research on fashion trends and style concepts in order to develop the right style, right material and cost cost based on customer needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design teams, sample rooms, and partner factories to track and assist in improving sample development within agreed upon timelines. - Maintain all development records, style files and quotations. - Track the production process, factory production schedules, and coordinate with quality control to ensure products are shipped on time and within agreed quality standards. - Maintain good communication with customers, respond to all kinds of questions and requests from customers, and provide quality service to customers. - Report to management and suggest improvements to achieve business objectives based on overall company sales and performance plan.

- Solid background in sourcing, development, and production of knit sweaters and wool materials, knowledge of knitwear market trends, raw materials, and suppliers. - Experience in handling high quality fashion knit sweater brands. - Background in manufacturing or working with factories and experience in direct contact with international customers. - Mature, self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible and able to work under pressure. - Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, excellent communication skills, understanding of foreign customers' mindset and able to provide excellent service. - Fluent in English and able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese.
