Channel Development & Business Negotiation Based on the company’s core specialties (e.g., oncology, gallbladder-preserving stone removal, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, etc.), develop medical referral channels in the country of operation, including but not limited to international departments of private/public hospitals, specialist clinics, insurance institutions, high-end health management companies, and corporate HR departments. Establish referral partnerships with overseas doctors and clinics; design benefit-sharing structures and finalize cooperation agreements. 2. Sales Conversion & End-to-End Patient Coordination Obtain patient medical records, assist the company’s medical team with case evaluation, and accurately convey the proposed treatment plan in China to overseas channel partners and patients. 3. Brand Promotion & Credibility Building Conduct compliant business promotion using local social media platforms. 4. Market Insights & Compliance Risk Control Monitor local healthcare policies and competitor activities; ensure all business operations comply with the advertising laws, privacy protection regulations, and cross-border medical practice requirements of both countries.
