- Determine and communicate to Accounts Managers about the feasibility of a testing service according to current resources. - Estimate man-days to assign for testing job. Provide this information to Scheduler for quotation purposes. - Develop testing Checklist / procedure and submit - Prepare works for any testing jobs and make sure that the Inspector understands and has all work documents needed to perform the test - Review testing reports for accuracy and completeness, assure that all input data to be viewed by the client is complete, not ambiguous, and meets the clients needs to make prompt decisions. - Monitor quality performance of Inspector and keep record of errors found in Service report. - Assist Chief Engineer by investigating Root cause of quality issue, and implement defined CAP. - Ensure maintenance of facilities and testing devices. - Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions concerning Inspector.

Education:Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering discipline that is closely related. Required Job Experience: - Possessing demonstrated experience in some of the following areas such as plastic injection molding, electrical and pneumatic hand tools, Bicycles and exercise equipment, electrical and electronic products and various consumer products. - Ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to industries listed above. - 5 years minimum industry experience in a management or supervisory capacity required. - Strong knowledge and practical experience of international standards applied to evaluate product conformity: UL, ISO, CSA, CE, etc. - Good command in theory and practice of sampling plan and AQL.
