1.Responsible to manage the lab, which standardize and implement management of laboratory according to system requirement, 2.form invalid and standard implementing document, impel according to plan and improve continuously; 3.Responsible to plan the test conditions according to his own responsibility, including the infrastructures, test equipments, and the 4.relevant software. Also responsible to decide the types, quantities, delivery time and checking of purchasing; 5.According to company general strategic objective to stipulate for long-term, annual, monthly working plan of laboratory and weekly working plan; 6.Training for Lab employee about related job skill; 7.Realization of mechanical and metallographic quality checks for product according to control plan, internal control regulation / demands incl. evaluation, documentation and archiving; 8.Development and fulfillment of key figures; 9.mechanical and metallographic analysis analysis of customer complains based on mechanical malfunction; 10.Support and confirmation of release decisions regarding porotype; 11.Execution of statistical analysis at defined product characteristics; 12.Technical support of test concepts and method in projects; 13.Resiponsilbe for the design and development for special tooling.

1.Bachelor degree or above in Mental material & heating treatment is preferred; 2.More than three years or above work experiences in auto industry area; 3.Familiar with the working processes in production companies, especially in the automotive industry; 4.Master skill for usage and daily management and maintenance of metal testing equipments; 5.Able to analysis the capacity of measurement tooling and equipments independently; 6.Ability to manage daily jobs under stress and work in team; 7.Experienced in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
