You are comfortable with communicating efficiently with senior and executive management.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will: Orchestrate product technical support for IPM products to Greater China customer and FAE teams. Drive autonomously technical design-in activities in close collaboration with sales team. Drive the technical definition of products solutions targeting automotive and home appliance applications for GC market and contribute to the business segment roadmaps (e.g. product and innovation roadmaps) Build up relationships and influence key decision makers with customers. Set up and drive technical partnership from concept study to prototyping with local partner ecosystem. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: University degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable At least 10 years professional experience within semiconductor power electronic market, as application engineer, system engineer, concept engineer or alike Good working knowledge of power semiconductor technologies, incl: widebandgap, discretes, modules, gate drivers. Good understanding of home appliance (AirCon, White Goods) andautomotive applications (OBC and e-compressor) Proven track record to drive successfully product definition at key customer accounts Demonstrated high customer orientation Ability to manage stakeholders in a global organization Intimate with Chinese business culture Excellent English and Chinese communication skills Readiness to travel regularly (incl. intercontinental)
