What does a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) do ? LSA's are paired with an individual student (1 to 1) that has Special Education Needs. The LSA works with the student to aid in their everyday school needs, from Academic Support, Social Support and Behavior Development. All student cases are different and the LSA will be assigned to student that they are most suited to help based on their education background and work experience.

Bachelors Degree or above Some experience working with students that have SEN is preferred or experience with special needs in some capacity Candidates fluent in English will be given preference. Mandatory teaching experience Candidates with specific backgrounds and experience in education Must be Chinese Enthusiastic and confident about working with an international school environment
