Collaborate with industry partners for consulting projects and practical student training in real-world AI/ML development environments. Mentor students in AI competitions (Kaggle, AI challenges) and research initiatives.

1.Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics,or closely related field. 2.Strong expertise in data analytics and machine learning. 3.Strong foundation in mathematics for machine learning. 4.Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. 5.Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus. 6.Industry experience preferred. 7.English is required(B2 or above); German is desirable.
