工作职责
Position Summary
Responsible for the overall human resources management of the company, covering workforce planning, recruitment and staffing, employee relations, and labor compliance. Ensures local operations are compliant and efficient, supporting the sustainable development of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Planning and Organizational Support
1.Develop annual workforce plans, recruitment strategies, and labor cost budgets based on business development needs.
2.Support staffing requirements for different employment structures (e.g., factory, R&D, office), balancing production stability and technical team growth.
2. Recruitment and Talent Allocation
1.Manage the end-to-end local recruitment process, including recruitment channel development, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding.
2.Handle recruitment for various roles (production staff, technical personnel, engineers, administrative and support positions).
3. Employee Relations and Daily Personnel Management
1.Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955 and related regulations in areas such as employment contracts, working hours, overtime, leave, termination, and employee grievance handling.
2.Manage employee relations, resolve labor disputes, facilitate employee communication and internal coordination, and maintain positive labor relationships.
3.Support differentiated management needs for factory operations and office employees.
4. Labor Compliance and Government Affairs
1.Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labor laws and best practices, including but not limited to:
oEmployment Act
oIndustrial Relations Act
oEPF / SOCSO / EIS regulations
2.Maintain necessary communication with labor departments, industrial relations offices, and other relevant government agencies.
3.Assist with recruitment, work permits, renewals, and related government processes for foreign employees.
5. Internal Collaboration and Support
1.Provide management with advice on local HR policies, employment risks, and employee management strategies.
2.Support corporate culture development and internal communication to enhance employee retention and organizational efficiency.
职位要求
Qualifications & Requirements
1.3–5 years or more of local HR management experience in Malaysia, preferably in manufacturing or multinational companies.
2.Proficient in Malaysian labor laws, HR practices, and local employment regulations.
3.Familiar with local recruitment channels and workforce allocation characteristics in manufacturing, R&D, and office environments.
4.Experience in employee relations, labor compliance, and basic compensation and benefits management.
5.Knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, overtime calculations, and basic salary structures is preferred.
6.Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese for professional communication.
7.Strong organizational, coordination, and cross-departmental communication skills, able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
