1. Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related field. 2. Strong expertise in software engineering. 3. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. 4. Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment. 5. Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus. 6. Industry experience preferred. 7. English is required(B2 or above); German is desirable.
