ob Description:We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to lead and oversee all legal matters for our Los Angeles branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in U.S. entertainment law, labor law, data compliance, and especially copyright and intellectual property related to the film and media industry. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of legal affairs for the Los Angeles office, ensuring all operations comply with U.S. federal and California state laws. Draft, review, and revise various legal documents including contracts and agreements to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. Develop and implement compliance programs for the U.S. branch. Identify, assess, and manage legal risks, and provide legal advice to support business decisions. Represent the company in legal proceedings including litigation, arbitration, and disputes. Work closely with external counsel to protect the company’s legal interests and ensure timely resolution Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio (including trademarks, patents, copyrights), handle infringement issues, and develop protective strategies Provide legal training to employees to raise awareness of compliance and legal risk, and support other departments with legal consultations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law. Must be a licensed attorney in the U.S. (California Bar preferred). Indepth knowledge of U.S. federal and California state laws. Strong experience in contract review, litigation management, and compliance programs. Excellent legal research, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
