工作职责
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Europe. 2. Identify and engage potential clients, including fleet operators, public transport agencies, distributors, and dealerships. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing professional sales support and after-sales follow-up. 4. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the European automotive sector. 5. Collaborate with the headquarters sales and marketing teams to align strategies and promotional activities. 6. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. 7. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote King Long’s products and brand. 8. Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts to the management team.
职位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably in bus, coach, or commercial vehicles. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in Europe. 4. Strong understanding of European market regulations, customer behavior, and distribution networks. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and the local language of the assigned country. 6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Willingness to travel within Europe as needed. 8. Experience with electric or new energy vehicles is a plus.
