工作职责
The responsibilities of localisation operation mainly include the following aspects:
1, Market research and analysis: Localisation operators need to conduct in-depth research and analysis of the target market to understand the needs, consumption habits and behavioural patterns of local consumers, so as to provide data support for the localisation of products or services.
2, Content localisation: Based on the results of market research, localisation operators need to translate and adapt the content of the product or service, promotional materials, user interface, etc., to ensure that they are in line with local culture and language habits.
3, Marketing and Promotion: Localisation operators need to develop and implement marketing strategies that are in line with the local market, including advertising, social media operations, online and offline activities, etc., in order to increase the visibility and attractiveness of the product or service.
4, Customer Relationship Management: Localisation operators need to establish and maintain good relationships with local customers, understand customer needs and feedback, provide timely and effective support and solutions, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5、Partner Relationship Management: Localisation operators need to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local partners to jointly promote products or services and expand market share.

Responsible for the quality and impact of localised copywriting, building the industry's top language and product competence centre.
More than 60% of UMU's revenue comes from overseas market, localisation is needed to improve user/customer experience, spread UMU's thought leadership and technology leadership, enhance industry influence, and bring more users/customers' attention and recognition through continuous optimization of product copywriting and content marketing.
职位要求
1. Native speakers from various European countries, with strong Chinese communication and understanding skills.
2. Possess excellent writing skills, language comprehension skills, and communication and expression abilities.
3. Have translation experience, with priority given to having localization experience.
4. Strong understanding of products, with priority given to internet experience.
5. Has strong adaptability, sense of responsibility, initiative, and innovative spirit, pursues excellence, and can take responsibility for the results.
