Responsibilities 1. Work with the domestic/USA forwarder and the factories to monitor the order ready date. Proceed with the booking, loading, shipping, and making sure the progress is smooth and on time. 2. Work with supply chain manager and colleague to get the shipments well-arranged at amazon and update the status of the shipment. 3. Keep on tracking for the shipment status, collect correct dates, and making sure they are timely updated on all the shipping documents and files. With necessary notes record at the shared file information. 4. Creating shipment labels on Amazon website and generate correct information and send to factory for each shipment. 5. Great ability on managing the consolidation shipment among the factories to save the shipping space and shipping cost. 6. Summarize the shipment information and documentation in a good manner, keep all the related documents in related folders and be good at managing them. 7. Report to supply chain head and manager the working status. Qualifications 1. Experience in a similar role, especially in the e-commerce industry. A plus point if you are experienced with Amazon. 2. Proficiency in English 3.
