Job Responsibilities: 1. Implement factory logistics management and team operation in accordance with the company's various management requirements; 2. Including but unlimited to arrangements for cross-border transportation pick-up, process control, and timely association and communication; 3. Cooperate with internal departments to reasonably arrange product delivery, route tracking, and exception handling to ensure that efficiency, safety and reliability are achieved in multi-dimensional management and control objectives; 4. Supervision of on-site logistics operation and implementation of compliance matters; 5. Internal cooperation and reasonable arrangements for the reception, transfer, hoisting, and transportation of factory equipment; 6. Fleet management (including maintenance), daily dispatching of vehicles, and responsible for the safe and orderly operation of vehicles. 7. Analyze and organize data and reports, participate in management and report output according to company requirements

Job Requirements: 1. University degree (majoring in logistics or supply chain management), proficiency in Chinese, and ability to read and process external emails in English; 2. More than 5 years of manufacturing logistics background, experience in leading a team of more than 8 people; 3. Have a solid professional background, use trade terms flexibly, and have unique insights especially in handling international transportation, cross-border transportation, etc.; 4. Integrity, professionalism, abiding by the company's compliance requirements, a team player, leading the completion of the company's business; 5. Proficient in using office emails and having practical experience in ERP, TMS, etc.
