Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Fulfillment Analyst to support our growing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that all materials required to fulfill customer orders (apparel, drinkware, and other product categories) are accurately sourced and ordered from various suppliers; locally, across different US states, and internationally.The ideal candidate is responsive, proactive, and able to manage multiple orders, suppliers, and timelines simultaneously without errors.Key ResponsibilitiesReview incoming orders and identify all required materials and componentsPlace purchase orders with suppliers (local, domestic US, and overseas)Track supplier confirmations, production timelines, and shipping updatesEnsure correct quantities, specifications, and delivery timelinesMaintain accurate fulfillment and procurement recordsCoordinate with internal teams (design, production, customer service) to prevent delaysFollow up with suppliers to resolve delays, shortages, or discrepanciesMonitor stock levels (if applicable) and anticipate reorder needsIdentify opportunities to improve ordering efficiency and supplier coordinationWork SetupFully remote6 days per weekMust have stable internet and reliable systemCompetitive hourly rate based on experiencePerformance Metrics Order accuracy rateOn-time material procurementSupplier communication turnaround timeReduction in fulfillment delays
