Dispatch vehicles and drivers, optimize transportation routes and costs. Handle logistics exceptions and track shipment status. Develop and implement standardized dispatch operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless coordination and improve overall operational efficiency. Lead the collection, monitoring, and analysis of dispatch-related data (e.g., timeliness, cost, on-time rate, exception rate), and regularly produce operational analysis reports. Lead and mentor dispatch team members, including task allocation, daily guidance, and skills training.

3-5 years of experience in cross-border logistics or dispatch. Familiarity with overseas warehouse operations and last-mile delivery. Strong cost control and data analysis skills. Experience in team management. Fluent in English and able to work a six-day workweek.
