1. Oversee maintenance and repair activities of production equipment to ensure operations continuity. 2. Establish targets in areas such as equipment reliability and service standards, and monitor performance of all maintenance activities against these goals. 3. Liaise with operations leaders to develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with current and future business plans. 4. Oversee the overall maintenance budget; monitor cost and effectiveness of maintenance activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending. 5. Monitor time lost due to equipment malfunctions; identify, research and prepare recommendations on significant changes needed to resources, procedures, systems, equipment or technology. 6. Ensure maintenance activities meet established targets and standards; ensure safety measures are in place and function well. 7. Review and continually fine-tune TPM to reduce unplanned breakdowns. 8. Work closely with equipment vendors for service and repair to achieve positive KPIs in cost, quality and downtime. 9. Design and monitor maintenance KPIs (Down-Time, Maintenance Compliance, Maintenance Budget, OEE).

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Industrial Engineering. 2. 8+ years of equipment-maintenance experience, including 3 years in a managerial role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Project Management; ability to take initiative, comply with regulations/values, and deliver business/professional excellence. 4. Willing to train engineers, technicians, and front-line workers on the use and operation of equipment, machines, fixtures, and tools. 5. Familiar with common equipment, machines, fixtures, and tools used in the consumer-goods industry; complete understanding of TPM, OEE, and Poka-yoke concepts and applications. 6. Skilled in planning, repairing, servicing, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and modifying equipment, machines, fixtures, and tools.
