Keep good communication with hotel guests to know their likes and dislikes and help them solve problems. 6. Make daily telephone calls to guests, collect their opinions and take follow-up measures to report to the superior. 7. Receive and welcome guests at the reception and lobby level and business floor. 8. Assist guests on business floor to check in and check out.
