1, Responsible for project/technical leadership of different vehicle project integration teams and agile project management methodologies as required. 2, Responsible for project planning, completion of tasks related to each milestone, monitoring software and functional heat profiles and central fault management. 3, Responsible for controlling product maturity from concept phase to release, including verifying E/E maturity at integration test sites and vehicles. 4, Coordinate and align with integration team, HQ, JV and other partners in China region on project/technical topics. 5, Represent Integration team authorities in relevant meetings/committees and report project status.

-Master's or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent. -More than 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry. -Years of experience in functionality and software development. -Those who are familiar with the organization, systems, and processes related to project/test management in the Volkswagen Group will be given priority. -Have a deep understanding of test management and system engineering. -Having experience and skills in agile work methods such as SCRUM, SAFE, etc. -Persuasive communication/argumentation/persuasiveness/negotiation skills. -Highly creative, proactive, and willing to execute. -Strong ability to work with teams in complex environments to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and achieve strategic goals. -Good English speaking and writing skills. -Good Chinese/German proficiency.
