Position: Temporary Event Butler Duration: 30th November to 13th December (Inclusive) Location: Middle East (Saudi) Compensation: Highly Competitive, Attractive PackageAbout the roleWe are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and experienced Mandarin-Speaking Temporary Butler to provide exceptional service for an exclusive private wedding event. You will be an integral part of the host's family team, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and seamless service for the principals and their distinguished guests during this prestigious celebration.This is a unique, short-term engagement offering an attractive all-inclusive package for a candidate of the highest calibre.Key Responsibilities Provide impeccable butler service to the principals and their VIP guests, anticipating needs with discretion and foresight. Manage valet services, including clothing, shoe, and accessory care. Oversee the setting and service for meals, from formal dinners to casual gatherings. Coordinate with the household and event staff to ensure a flawless flow of service. Manage silver service, table settings, and presentation to the highest standards. Personal assistance duties, which may include packing/unpacking, and overseeing itineraries. Serve beverages and canapés to the highest standard. Ensure the principals' private areas are maintained to an impeccable standard. Qualifications Mandarin speaking is a MUST Proven experience as a Butler, Senior House Manager, or in a top-tier Private Service role Impeccable references attesting to professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact gracefully with a diverse and international clientele. A polished and professional presentation at all times. Proactive, resourceful, and able to maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced event environment. Knowledge of formal service protocols (e.g., British, European, or International). Flexibility to work extended hours as required by the event schedule.
