Job description： 1. Be responsible for the personnel management and construction of the company's investment team, and check the overall investment project. 2. Assist the company's leaders in relevant research and analysis of investment projects, check the project negotiation and investment scheme, analyze relevant processes, and provide corresponding schemes and suggestions. 3. According to the feasibility analysis report, business plan and project proposal of the investment project, formulate reasonable objectives for the whole year, clarify the division of labor of the team, and lead the team to achieve the objectives 4. Pay attention to relevant policies, economic development, industrial policies and industry development trends, and collect, sort out and analyze relevant information; 5. Manage the invested projects, including effective analysis and evaluation of the operation, profitability and risk of the project, timely frequency synchronization and optimization, so as to prepare for the subsequent investment planning in the next 2-3 years.

Job requirements： 1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in law, finance, finance, economics and other related majors, Chinese can be used as working language; 2. At least 8 years working experience in investment industry or market analysis, familiar with relevant laws and regulations and processes of investment industry; 3. Led at least 3 successful project investments (the whole process), with overseas project investment and management experience; 4. Strong analysis and judgment ability, rich business negotiation experience; 5. Qualification certificates of securities industry, private placement and fund in China are preferred; 6. Strong sense of confidentiality, rigorous and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, strong executive ability, adaptability and anti pressure; 7. Excellent document writing ability and oral expression ability, clear thinking and strong communication ability
