1. Responsible for setting up a production assembly team in Thailand, coordinating with the domestic manufacturing department for order material production, and gradually relocating the domestic production chain to Thailand. 2. Responsible for coordinating and systematically managing departments including equipment, manufacturing processes, production management, warehouse management, and supply chain to ensure stable and orderly operation of the overseas factory, meeting on-time order delivery requirements. 3. Establish and完善 production team management systems, incentive mechanisms, and scientific workflows to ensure that production tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and to the required quality and quantity. 4. Directly manage the manufacturing department staff team, including but not limited to on-site employee management, management training, employee performance, recruitment and hiring, and employee relations. 5. Responsible for the development and management of the overseas supply chain, cooperating with domestic PMC to ensure smooth order shipment. 6. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

1. Associate degree or above, 30-45 years old, with over 5 years of management experience in assembly production manufacturing. Possess excellent order coordination and delivery capabilities, as well as strong on-site management skills in assembly production. 2. Excellent material planning abilities, order coordination skills, on-site management capabilities, supply chain coordination skills, and systematic warehouse management abilities. 3. Familiar with factory production operations and management, with rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management, and warehouse management. 4. Able to provide effective suggestions for efficient order delivery. 5. Strong team spirit, able to quickly coordinate and respond to the sales department's needs and questions. Strong communication skills and cooperative spirit. 6. Preference will be given to those who are proficient in Thai, have experience with Southeast Asia business trips, and are familiar with injection molding, injection molding processes, and assembly of plastic parts or complex product assembly.
