1. Responsible for executing the production schedule, completing manufacturing tasks on time, and ensuring plan achievement. 2. Adjust resources based on actual production conditions and changes in customer requirements to meet temporary production tasks. 3. Manage production organization, process adjustments, personnel allocation, and coordinate and communicate across departments. 4. Oversee workshop production site labor discipline management, layout management, 7S management, and safety production management. 5. Enhance production efficiency, improve work methods, optimize processes, and control manufacturing costs. 6. Review and evaluate various production reports and strictly enforce performance assessments based on indicator data. 7. Oversee departmental staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

1. Associate degree or higher, with over 3 years of manufacturing management experience; experience in the computer cooling fan industry is preferred. 2. Knowledgeable in 7S management and safety production management; familiar with end-product production management processes. 3. Familiar with lean production methods, skilled in using on-site improvement tools, and capable of promptly preventing and addressing production issues. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle work pressure, good execution, communication, and coordination skills; adept at using motivational techniques to engage and energize subordinates. 5. Strong logical thinking and communication skills, high sense of responsibility, and proactive attitude. 6. At least 8 years of management experience.
