工作职责
This position is in charge of the entire content team, responsible for content production (mainly video content + user community content), distribution and user community operation. Report directly to the CEO. At present, the team has been configured: GTM manager, graphic designer, editor, illustrator, Creative EditorX3 (foreign staff). Specify the content policy and tempo of the full link based on the brand positioning. Responsible for requirements, review, release and consistency control of all content products. Responsible for Roadmap alignment with smart hardware product team and Internet product team, alignment of user insight with product team, and customization of relevant user communication strategies. Responsible for the communication of Internet celebrities and media content, secondary publicity and maintenance. Responsible for the recruitment, management and performance appraisal of department personnel. Responsible for content quality control, event planning and operation rules of the independent station.
职位要求
Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with overseas employees and partners seamlessly. About 70% of the time in this position is required to use English as the working language. (Necessary items) At least 5 years of content team management experience in Party A's overseas or overseas 2C brand. (Necessary items) Proficient in the content strategy of short video (non-TVC) materials, able to continuously guide the creative team to produce brand videos with a completion rate higher than 35% Have experience in independent stations, handle independent stations with annual sales of $5 million or more, Gawker unit price products are preferred.
