The market research manager is a key role responsible for the company's market research and data analysis work. 2、 Main responsibilities
Market research planning
Develop a market research plan based on the company's strategic goals and business development needs, clarifying the research objectives, content, and methods.
Design and optimize market research questionnaires and tools to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the research.
Market data analysis
Collect, organize, and analyze market data, including competitor information, industry trends, consumer behavior, etc.
Using statistical methods and data analysis tools to deeply mine market data and extract valuable business insights.
Report Writing and Reporting
Write a market research report, including market overview, analysis conclusions, recommended measures, etc., to provide decision-making support for the company's decision-makers.
Regularly report research progress and analysis results to superiors and marketing teams, participate in business discussions and strategy formulation.
Team collaboration and communication
Collaborate closely with departments such as product, sales, and operations to provide market data and analysis support, driving business development and product optimization.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth progress of market research work.
Market trend tracking
Pay attention to industry dynamics and market changes, and timely capture market opportunities and threats.
Analyze the impact of policies, regulations, technology and other factors on the market, and provide a basis for the company to formulate response strategies.
Knowledge sharing and training
Share market research methods and experiences within the company to enhance the team's market insight capabilities.
Regularly organize training to enhance the data analysis skills and market sensitivity of team members.
职位要求
-Major in Economic Management in the United States or China, Master of Business, MBA, EMBA, and overseas work experience.
-Familiar with marketing, management, psychology, and marketing knowledge.
-Familiar with market dynamics, understanding changes in market demand, adept at formulating marketing strategies and pricing policies, and proposing various contingency measures according to market competition needs.
-Strong organizational, judgment, negotiation, and adaptability skills, flexible, efficient, and efficiency oriented.
-Has strong coordination and data analysis skills, can use sales data to analyze the market and existing problems, and timely propose adjustment measures.
-Good communication skills and excellent team management experience.
