工作职责
Job responsibilities: 1. Develop an overall marketing strategy for an emerging ergonomic footwear brand; 2. Collaborate with other internal teams (such as product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing measures; 3. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing activities; 4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to find new marketing opportunities for footwear brands; 5. Develop and produce marketing materials for different brands; 6. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content on different media.
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. 5-10 years of experience in a similar marketing/sales role, preferably from 4A agencies and big brands. 2. Smart, detail-oriented, and relentlessly resourceful. 3. Knowledge of the ecommerce industry. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines. 6. Team oriented but with the ability to work independently. 7. Flexibility and ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment. 8. Excellent customer service ethic with the ability to focus on the job at hand.
