Key Responsibilities Product Design and R&D Conceptual design and preliminary program development of new products according to market demand and company strategy. Responsible for the detailed design of mechanical products, including component design, assembly design, process design, etc. Utilize CAD, SolidWorks and other design software to complete product 3D modeling, 2D drawing and other work. Participate in the production and testing of product prototypes, and optimize and improve the solutions according to the test results. Technical Documentation Prepare product design manuals, technical specifications, process flow diagrams and other related technical documents. Update and maintain product design database to ensure the accuracy and completeness of design information. Project management and coordination Participate in the establishment, planning and progress control of mechanical design projects. Communicate closely with R&D, production, purchasing and other departments to coordinate and solve problems in the design process. Track project progress to ensure design tasks are completed on time and with high quality. Technical Support and Training Provide technical support to the production department and answer technical problems in the production process. Participate in the training and promotion of new products, introduce product features and advantages to the sales team and customers. Technology Innovation and R&D Pay attention to the latest technical developments and trends in the field of mechanical design, collect and analyze relevant information. Participate in technical innovation and R&D projects, put forward suggestions for improvement and optimization, and promote the company's technical level.
