1. Prepare mining production design, organize construction and management; Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports of mining management; 2. Mining production technology management, design, implement and supervise mining and transportation management, establish and optimize mining management system; 3. Communicate and coordinate with production supervisors and on-site technicians to ensure that ore loss and dilution are reduced through good mining methods; 4. Formulate short, medium and long-term plans for mining plants, and organize the completion of daily, weekly and monthly production plans.

1. At least 5 years of independent mining design and technical management experience; 2. Strong organizational and management skills. 3. Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Surpac and other drawing and mining software. 4. English/Spanish/Russian/French Any language can be used as a working language
