蒙氏主班外教 / Montessori Lead Teacher (Expat) 岗位职责 / Responsibilities · 独立负责蒙氏班级教学与管理（双语环境） Independently manage Montessori classroom and teaching in a bilingual setting. · 观察记录幼儿发展，与家长保持沟通 Observe and document children's development, communicate with parents. · 创设蒙氏环境，指导配班中教 Prepare Montessori environment and guide assistant teachers. 任职要求 / Requirements · 本科及以上学历，学前教育相关专业优先 Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Early Childhood Education. · 2年以上蒙氏带班经验，持有AMI/AMS证书者优先 Minimum 2 years of Montessori lead teacher experience, AMI/AMS preferred. · 英语母语或接近母语水平 Native or near-native English speaker. · 真心爱孩子，有温度，有学习力 Genuinely love children, warm, and strong learning ability. · 限女性，年龄不限 Female only. · 2026年7月中旬可到岗，并能办理合法工作签证 Available to start by mid-July 2026, and eligible for a valid work visa in China.
