Job Responsibilities: Be responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, acceptance and after-sales maintenance of the company's liquid crystal panel automation equipment exported to Mexico. As the first point of contact for the company in Mexico, comprehensively coordinate with customers' technical and project requirements to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate communication between the domestic technical team and the local site, accurately convey problems and promote rapid response. Compile and submit equipment installation and commissioning reports, fault handling records, customer feedback and other documents. Participate in technical preparations before the delivery of new equipment and assist in formulating on-site implementation plans. Handle sudden equipment failures and provide timely and effective on-site support.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in automation, mechatronics, electronic engineering or related fields preferred. Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and able to use them as working languages for technical communication. At least 3 years of experience in on-site service of automation equipment, with experience in semiconductor, FPD (flat panel display), LCD/OLED panel production line equipment preferred. Familiar with the basic principles of industrial automation components such as PLC, servo systems, sensors, and human-machine interfaces. Strong hands-on ability, capable of independently completing equipment assembly, wiring inspection, parameter setting and fault diagnosis. Good cross-cultural communication skills and customer service awareness, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to short-term and frequent business trips (such as other factories within Mexico). Possess a legal working status or residence permit in Mexico.
