Directly responsible for the implementation of data center and high-efficiency server room, building energy efficiency, building intelligence projects in Southeast Asia market, responsible for organizing the whole process of project implementation: formulate project construction plan, preside over the management of project quality, safety, progress, construction, cost, etc., responsible for the costing and cost control of the project, to ensure acceptance and transfer of the project until the warranty is recovered; 2. Participate in the bidding (negotiation) work and technical negotiation of the equipment of the project, and participate in the technical submission work of the construction plan review. 3. In accordance with the requirements of the project director, understand the user needs, organize technical promotion, prepare technical proposals, tenders; 4. Responsible for the management of cooperation with Party A, supervisors, subcontractors and other related parties in the process of project implementation;

1. Bachelor degree or above, automation and other science and technology related majors, 27-40 years old ; 2. More than 4 years of work experience in the implementation and management of data centers and high-efficiency server rooms, building energy efficiency, building intelligence projects. 3. Technical skills required: (1) familiar with data centers and high-efficiency server room, building energy efficiency, building intelligence project content and basic technology, products, corporate office buildings, industrial parks, factories, project construction management experience is preferred; (2) familiar with the Southeast Asian market project implementation concerns; (3) project management theory and practical experience and project control capabilities, familiar with the project management methods and management tools; (4) Skilled in applying professional knowledge to deal with on-site technical problems, and experienced in construction site management technical support; (5) First-class constructor qualification (electromechanical installation) certificate is preferred.
