工作职责
1. Receive and answer inquiries from overseas customers online; 2. Connect with other departments of the company for related inquiries and work order processing; 3. Collect abnormal customer problems, accurately feedback to the corresponding departments of the company and remove effective optimization suggestions; 4. Carefully complete the relevant review work of the customer service department and keep records;
职位要求
1. Have fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 2. Able to work night shifts; (two days off, customer service work Malaysia time 23:00-7:00/7:00-15:00, 3 night shifts and 2 day shifts per week) 3. Have good communication skills and handle customer needs accurately and effectively; 4. Be responsible and able to play an active role in the team; 5. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to solve problems independently; 6. Have more than 2 years of customer service experience (auto insurance and maintenance experience is preferred); 7. Bachelor degree or above; 8. Proficient in office software;
