Accountable for any issues, escalation originating from payment partners, acquirers and/or Pagsmile teams. Participate in the negotiation of commercial agreements with payment partners and acquirers, and be responsible for the onboarding process. Maintain commercial contact with acquirers, payment gateways, and alternative payment methods, including help to explore and develop new payment partnerships. Partnering closely with internal teams such as compliance, fraud prevention, finance, etc. Be proactive and complete other tasks arranged by superior leaders.

Bachelor Degree or above; Native or Advanced in Portuguese
