This multi-site manufacturing company has an urgent need for an Operations Manager in their growing China facility. The company has an impressive list of well established customers. Your direct supervisor is a strong mentor and you will quickly become an expert in lean manufacturing techniques and supply chain operations. The compensation package includes a base ranging from (60k – 90k USD) or about (410,000 – 616,000 Chinese Yuan) along with an annual bonus and potential for a 15% annual pay raise. In the role of Operations Manager you will be responsible for building a strong team in areas of manufacturing engineering, finance, planning, human resources and supply chain. You will have oversight of lean assembly processes for discrete components, sub-assembly builds, integration and final testing. The qualified candidate for the Operations Manager MUST have: * Eight (8)+ years experience in a Manager/Supervisor role in hi-tech manufacturing. * Knowledge of high-tech electronics manufacturing processes at the system level. * Proven strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills. * Ability to excel in a fast paced growing start-up type of environment. * BS degree required, Six Sigma green or black belt preferred. * Fluent in Mandarin and English (write and speak).
