1. Analyze and refine customer needs, formulate project development plans, form project teams, and assign project tasks to project team members. 2. Organize and implement all stages of project research and development, including from the beginning of project approval to the product completion review to meet the requirements for production transfer. 3. Coordinate across departments during the project implementation process; 4. Regularly organize project team activities and project team meetings, and be responsible for conducting expert groups or other reviews in the relevant review stage to ensure that the project implementation is carried out as expected. 5. Track the whole process of product first sample delivery and key order shipment; 6. After the project is completed, track the future technical stability of the product, formulate technical support plans for the technical/quality problems of the product, and coordinate the organization and implementation.

1. Bachelor degree or above in optics, communications, electronic information related majors, 5 years or more of work experience in related industries; 2. Familiar with the research and development of passive modules/Raman amplifiers/OTDR related products; 3. Experience in project management and strong planning ability; 4. Good at communication and coordination; 5. Have good English reading and writing skills; 6. Have a good team spirit;
