工作职责
Provide a series of operational services for branch customers, including trailer arrangement, customs clearance, document verification, cargo release, and post-sales service maintenance. Serve as a smooth "link" between the company, customers, and partners. Communicate and coordinate with the domestic operational customer service team. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other matters; lead local operational and customer service staff in overseas branches to carry out their work.
职位要求
Resilient, with clear career goals; capable of enduring hardships and demonstrating strong self-reliance in daily life. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, ability to adapt flexibly to work environments, and good at providing supportive collaboration. Strong learning ability, with proficiency in basic communication in English or French. College degree or above; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
