1. Responsible for handling litigation related to overseas business, including compliance, trademark, intellectual property, and both defensive and offensive litigation work; 2. Responsible for handling correspondence, inquiries, complaints, and investigations with overseas regulatory agencies; 3. Provide risk assessments and legal consulting opinions for relevant business activities; 4. Responsible for foreign-related negotiations and legal document reviews.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in law 2. 1-3 years of work experience in a foreign law firm engaging in European and American business, or 1-3 years of legal work experience in a company with European and American business; preference for those who have successfully led major cases; 3. Proficient in English as a primary working language, with accurate written expression and the ability to communicate fluently with lawyers in discussions; 4. Familiarity with the e-cigarette industry is preferred; experience working in Europe and America is preferred.
