1. Manage and drive overseas team members to complete various goals, and respond to and solve problems encountered by overseas teams in a timely manner; 2. Responsible for the refined operation of the family/guild, formulating and implementing the evaluation rules and incentive policies of the family/guild; 3. Monitor the family/guild data, analyze the operation effect, and continuously optimize the operation plan; 4. Deepen the planning/operation of live broadcast events at the end, continue to explore new event play methods and models, integrate cross-departmental resources, and promote the rapid growth of live broadcast services.

1. Love live broadcast, familiar with live broadcast platform or have more than 2 years of experience in live broadcast family/guild operation related work; 2. English can be used as a working language, and Hindi is preferred; 3. Patience and calmness, strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and strong resistance to pressure; 4. Possess strong self-driving ability, excellent teamwork spirit, good communication and feedback; 5. Sensitive to data, rigorous and logical thinking; 6. Experience in overseas staff management is preferred.
