工作职责
1. Sorted out the rhythm of marketing activities according to the development stages of products, and completed marketing promotion plans and implementation at various stages; 2. Familiar with the publishing process in English speaking regions, making and managing the market budget of game products in English speaking regions; 3. Managed the marketing team, independently completed the formulation of marketing plans, and led subordinates to achieve team goals; 4. Responsible for planning various marketing activities and supervising the execution of the third party;
职位要求
1. At least three years of successful marketing experience in English-speaking game markets. Proficient in the marketing methods of game marketing, clear thinking and fluent expression. Have strong pioneering ability, communication and resource integration ability; 2. Understand the process of game publishing in English regions, have unique insights and practical experience in marketing. At the same time, have the ability to export the English region market strategy, and the ability to promote the implementation; 3. Good aesthetic ability, able to combine internal and external resources to produce good content and creative ideas, and manage the material creative team; 4. Have the ability to handle the whole case of launching independent products; 5. Master local publicity resources and be familiar with local cultural characteristics
