工作职责
Functional responsibilities: The personnel responsible for achieving national development strategies, sales, payment collection, and market share targets in the Mexico region, as well as daily management of the country. 1. Responsible for researching market trends in the Mexico region and developing marketing strategies. 2. Develop annual/monthly product sales plan goals and complete sales tasks. 3. Responsible for developing new agents and emerging markets. 4. Develop, establish, and maintain relationships with local major customers, central enterprises/state-owned enterprises, and other major customers, timely understand customer needs, and promote the sales of company products. 5. Responsible for brand promotion and promotion management in the country. 6. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with major national and local clients.  
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, machinery or related fields, with at least 3 years of overseas sales experience. Priority given to overseas sales personnel such as Sany, XCMG, LiuGong, Zoomlion, and Heavy Duty Truck; 2. Possess strong abilities in market development, customer management, and resource allocation, able to timely identify and explore customer needs, provide suitable product solutions, and have good interpersonal communication and coordination skills. 3. Possess a profound industry resource background and certain customer resources. 4. Language: Chinese, English, and Spanish.
