As the European Cross-Border E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth for our power testing equipment products in your assigned region (Germany, France, or Poland). Leveraging your deep industry sales experience and expertise in cross-border e-commerce platforms, you will develop new customers, maintain existing client relationships, and formulate effective localized market strategies to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Performance: Achieve company sales targets for power testing equipment in Germany, France, or Poland by developing and executing sales plans. 2. Customer Development & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and develop potential clients, particularly B2B customers in industrial, electronics manufacturing, R&D laboratories, and related sectors. Build and sustain long-term client relationships. 3. Cross-Border E-commerce Platform Operations: Expertly manage major B2B cross-border platforms (e.g., Amazon Business, Alibaba International) including product listing optimization, marketing campaign planning, data analysis, and performance enhancement. 4. Market Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable recommendations for product positioning and marketing strategies. 5. Cross-Cultural Communication: Serve as a bridge between the company and European markets, ensuring accuracy and cultural adaptation in sales messaging, product materials, and client communications. 6. Sales Support: Collaborate with technical teams to deliver professional product consultations and pre-sales technical support solutions to clients.
职位要求
1. Nationality is unrestricted, but candidates must be non-Chinese citizens residing in Germany, France, or Poland with a deep understanding of local business culture. 2. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in power testing equipment (or highly related electronic test and measurement instruments). Candidates with established client resources and sales networks are preferred. 3. At least 2 years of hands-on operational experience with cross-border e-commerce platforms (B2B focus), with familiarity across the entire online sales process. 4. Fluent English and native-level proficiency in the country's language (German/French/Polish) for business communication (written and spoken). 5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
