We are looking for a young and talented International Communications Specialist to join our global branding team in Shenzhen. You will serve as the brand spokesperson and the creative engine behind our overseas content. This role is perfect for a native English speaker with a strong on-camera presence who understands both the 2B and 2C communication logics and possesses a sharp sense of international aesthetics. Content Creation & Brand Representation (内容创作与品牌出镜) - Plan and produce high-impact communication content, including articles, images, and videos. Ensure all materials combine professional creativity with an international aesthetic. - Serve as the on-camera spokesperson for the brand, participating in the production of promotional videos, product showcases, and corporate image campaigns. - 策划并制作高影响力的传播内容，包括文字稿件、图片及视频。确保所有素材兼具创意专业度与国际化审美。 - 担任品牌出镜人，参与宣传视频、产品展示及企业形象片的制作。 2. Social Media Management (社交媒体运营) - Manage and curate content for official international social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok/FB/IG). - Leverage trending topics and industry events to plan special campaigns that amplify brand visibility and engagement globally. - 负责官方海外社交媒体平台（如LinkedIn、YouTube等）的内容管理与日常运营。 - 利用热点话题及行业事件策划专项活动，提升品牌在全球的声量与曝光。 3. Media & KOL Relations (媒体与KOL关系) - Assist in bridging communication with international media and industry KOLs. - Maintain and nurture strong relationships with external partners to secure positive coverage. - 协助对接海外媒体及行业KOL，维护与外部合作伙伴的良好关系，确保积极的媒体报道。 4. Event Support & On-site Hosting (活动支持与现场主持) - Support PR communications for overseas offline events, exhibitions, and product launches. - Act as the on-site host or presenter, engaging with media and visitors to deliver key brand messages effectively. - Support other ad-hoc tasks related to international brand building and communications. - 支持海外线下活动、展会及发布会的公关传播工作。 - 担任现场主持或讲解员，与媒体及访客互动，有效传递品牌核心信息。 - 支持涉及海外品牌传播的其他相关工作安排。

- Language & Presentation (语言与表现力) - Native English speaker (North Amerian and Europe) with the ability to use Chinese as a working language for daily communication and internal coordination. - Excellent on-camera presence and public speaking skills. You are confident, articulate, and photogenic. - 英语为母语，中文可作为工作语言进行日常沟通与内部协调。 - 具备优秀的镜头表现力及公众演讲能力。自信、表达清晰且上镜。 - Experience & Industry Background (经验与行业背景) - 5-10 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, or media. - Experience in the tech, automotive, or robotics industries is a strong plus. - Proven experience in running overseas communication campaigns or projects is highly preferred. - 5-10年传播、营销或媒体相关工作经验。 - 拥有科技、汽车或机器人行业背景者优先。 - 有海外传播项目操盘经验者优先。 - Core Competencies (核心能力) - Strong English copywriting skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
