工作职责
1. According to the department's sales target, formulate the annual sales plan of overseas regions and products, set up overseas regional business teams, recruit and train local sales personnel, formulate specific action plans, and ensure the implementation of sales plans and goals.
2. According to the information of market changes, collect and analyze potential customer leads, pay attention to potential large customers and important customers, develop new customers, improve product market share, and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
3. According to the requirements of the department and regional sales tasks, regularly understand the payment recovery situation to ensure that the payment is settled on time and the funds are recovered on time.
4. According to the needs of business development, investigate and collect information such as market changes, development trends, quality feedback, and peer dynamics of related products, and provide timely feedback to provide data support for department leaders to formulate sales policies.
5. According to the requirements of the sales system, cooperate with relevant departments to complete the certification of the company's products and factories by customers in the area under their jurisdiction, be responsible for organizing business negotiations, finalize the contract details and sign the contract, and coordinate with relevant departments to formulate production plans and logistics plans according to customer needs, so as to ensure that customers receive products on time, quality and quantity.
6. Plan and arrange the relevant work of international and domestic industry exhibitions, receive visitors, and contact business.
7. According to the company's after-sales management requirements, assist the company's quality, production, logistics and other departments to deal with customer complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. According to the management requirements of the department, assist the manager of the international trade department to carry out the work and complete other tasks assigned by the company's leaders on time.
职位要求
(1)Education/major requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry and chemical engineering, marketing, international economics and trade, economics is preferred;
(2)Professional qualifications and working experience:
CET-6 or above, with overseas study or overseas work experience;
(3)Professional knowledge and work skills:
Grasp the dynamics of industry competitors;
The background and characteristics of the customer's industry;
Channel marketing and operation model;
Product features, performance, application scenarios; product price system; Product-related manufacturing knowledge;
Knowledge of customer management; business negotiation skills;
Familiar with financial management knowledge; data statistical analysis skills;
Knowledge of informatization construction.
