Develop and expand the dealer resource network in Europe; screen and establish cooperative dealer partners in target countries/regions; Lead commercial negotiations, complete the signing of distribution agreements and the formulation of sales targets, and ensure compliance (including export certifications, local regulations, etc.); Collaborate with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to research and formulate local market entry strategies.

More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry; Previous experience of residing in Europe or working in Europe for more than 6 months, with an understanding of local culture and the automotive market; Native language proficiency in target countries / Business-level English; Prior experience in local after-sales service or sales in Europe is preferred.
